Keyword Saturation

One of the hardest things to do when learning to write online is to have good keyword saturation. In order to rank well in search engines and not be identified as spam by web crawlers, you need to make sure you have 4% keyword saturation. This means that for everything 100 words you write, 4 of them should be your keyword.

It's best to start by trying a keyword that's not too obscure. For example, if you try to use keyword saturation with a word like 'antidisestablishmentarianism', it will likely rank high in search but to repeat that specific word so many times in the text will look bulky and be awkward with someone to read with any type of flow.

The form of the word is also important when looking at writing online with keyword saturation. For example, some words search more naturally as a plural or past tense. It does make a difference when writing online and search engine ranking when you use keyword saturation with the form of the word that people are using when they search.
Keyword saturation is a fine line when writing online because you love to write. In order for what you write to be seen by others it needs search engine ranking. In order to write what we love, there is not always a keyword that repeats to gain a good search engine ranking. Sometimes the keyword we start out with isn't the keyword we end up with when writing online.

Probably one of the saddest things I have seen in writing online is an article or blog that is published that is nothing but keyword saturation that will gain a good search engine ranking but is so stuffed with a keyword that it reads almost as if a computer wrote it.

I write because I love it, always have. I'm writing online because that is the main form of written communication. I take the time, sometimes, when writing online to count a keyword in the article or blog because I want someone to find my published work.
